Colonial Government of Nei-Hai-Wei is endeavouring to establish an independent: Post Office of its own at Tei-Hai-Fei, with a sub-Agency possibly at Chefoo, and therefore should you desire to forestall them, it would be well. to act promptly. Either of the two arrangements would be beneficial to Chefoo and would be gladly welcomed by the Community.
